As such, we invite you to compare our prices and personal in-home service offerings with any one else you might find representing Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory low vision products. Once you acquire their "bottom-line price", please check back with us for our "bottom-line price". You will discover that no one can offer you a new Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory low vision product at a bottom-line price (which includes shipping/handling costs and applicable sales tax) below what we at The Visual-Tech Connection can offer you! Terms: Our price guarantee is specifically directed to persons residing in Ohio who are considering the purchase of a new Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory low vision product from either The Visual-Tech Connection or from some other Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory approved source within or outside the state of Ohio. In the unlikely event an Ohio resident consumer finds an Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory approved source for a new low vision product at a "bottom-line price" lower than what The Visual-Tech Connection advertises for that particular product on its Price List, The Visual-Tech Connection will beat that "bottom-line price" by $25.00 and we will offer to personally deliver and set-up the product as well as train the Ohio resident consumer in the products use all at no additional charge! To take advantage of this offer, the Ohio resident consumer need only provide us (by way of telephone or email) with 1) the particular Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory product of interest. 2) the "bottom-line price" for this particular product as quoted by the other Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory approved source. 3) the business name and phone number of that Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory approved source. 4) the name of the contact person at that Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory approved source who provided the quote. If we can not verify or confirm within 3 business days that this "bottom-line price" quoted by the other Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory approved source is and remains a factual offer to the Ohio resident consumer, we will need to have the Ohio resident consumer provide us with a copy of a printed price list or a price quotation letter from the other Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory approved source showing the previously quoted "bottom-line price" for the particular product of interest. If for some unforeseen reason we can not better the "bottom-line price" quotation provided by some other Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory approved source for the particular product of interest (e.g.; some entity going out of business and selling their inventory of new low vision products below their cost), we will suggest that you purchase your particular product of interest from that source and we will then send you $25.00 to compensate for your troubles once we are able to verify from you or from the other Ash Technologies, Enhanced Vision, HIMS, MagniSight, Optelec or Telesensory approved source that they have processed your purchase.
