Lever on the left side (not shown) controls selection of positive (black letters on white background) or negative (white letters on black background) image, as well as brightness level. ------> Lever also controls selection of color options on models with color camera. Sliding lever ------> on the front of the Movable Reading Tray allows user to "lock" the Tray and prevent movement.

Lever on right side controls the size of the image presented on screen. The knob on the front focuses the image. The on/off switch is to the left of this knob. <------ Knob serves as a manual override on models with autofocus. <------Movable Reading Tray slides left, right, forward and back, allowing text to scroll on screen.
